Privacy Policy – My Schedule
Effective date: June 14, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how My Schedule, a calendar app by Paran, handles information. My Schedule helps you view, create, edit, and organize events using Apple Calendar on your device.
2. Calendar Data
My Schedule accesses your calendars only after you grant calendar permission through iOS. Calendar event titles, dates, notes, locations, alarms, recurrence rules, and related event content are used on your device to display calendars, widgets, and event editing features.
We do not collect, upload, store, or sell your calendar event content on our servers. Calendar syncing is handled by Apple iCloud or the calendar provider you use, according to that provider's settings, terms, and privacy policy.
3. Local Storage
My Schedule may store app settings, selected calendar identifiers, language and appearance settings, recent calendar choices, widget data, purchase entitlement cache, and rewarded-ad frequency counters on your device using local storage such as UserDefaults, App Groups, and Keychain.
Some local counters may remain on the same device after deleting and reinstalling the app because iOS Keychain data can persist across reinstall. These counters are used to keep free-use and rewarded-ad limits consistent.
4. Purchases
My Schedule Plus purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card number. The app may use Apple StoreKit information to determine whether Plus is active.
5. Advertising and Tracking
My Schedule may show rewarded ads to free users. Ads are provided through Google AdMob. Before loading ads where required, the app may request permission using Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework so that the advertising identifier (IDFA) can be used for personalized ads and ad measurement if you allow tracking.
Google AdMob and its partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, coarse location estimated from IP address, advertising data, product interaction data, crash data, and performance data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, measurement, and service reliability.
On the App Store privacy label, My Schedule may disclose Device ID as data used to track you, and may disclose Coarse Location, Product Interaction, Advertising Data, Crash Data, and Performance Data as data collected for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and app functionality purposes. If you deny tracking permission, ads may still be shown, but the IDFA is not provided for tracking.
6. Rewarded Ads and Free Use
Free users may create a number of events without ads. After the free allowance, My Schedule may show a rewarded ad before allowing additional event creation, and may repeat this pattern periodically. Plus removes ads. The exact free allowance, ad frequency, and included features may change over time.
7. Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. Third-party services involved in My Schedule may include Apple services for App Store distribution, purchases, calendar permissions, and iCloud calendar syncing, and Google AdMob for ads. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their processing.
8. Deletion and Controls
Because your calendar content is not stored on our servers, deletion of calendar content is managed through Apple Calendar, iCloud, your calendar provider, or your device. You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings. You can remove local app data by deleting app data where iOS permits, removing the app, or resetting the device.
9. Children
My Schedule is not intended to collect personal information from children. Children should use the app only with appropriate parental or guardian guidance.
