Terms of Use – Outfits

1. Overview

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Outfits, an app by Paran designed to help you organize your outfits using images and simple tools. By downloading, installing, or using Outfits, you agree to these Terms.

2. Free Access and Outfits Plus

Outfits is free to download and includes core outfit organization features. Some convenience features may be offered through Outfits Plus, which may be purchased as (1) an auto-renewable monthly subscription at USD $0.99 per month, or (2) a one-time lifetime purchase at USD $6.99. Final prices, taxes, currency conversion, and availability may vary by region and are shown by Apple before purchase.

3. Rewarded Ads

Free users may add a limited number of items without watching ads. After that, Outfits may ask you to watch a rewarded ad to add more items. Outfits Plus users can add items without these rewarded ad breaks. Rewarded ads may be provided by third-party ad services such as Google AdMob.

4. Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase or subscription confirmation. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. One-time lifetime purchases are charged once and do not renew. The Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA may also apply.

5. Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies. If you believe you were charged by mistake or would like to request a refund, please use https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.

6. Data & Privacy

Outfits uses Apple's iCloud services to store and sync your data. Your data is associated with your Apple account and can be accessed through your Apple account and iCloud settings. Outfits may also use third-party services for ads and purchase-related functionality. For more details, review our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We may update, improve, or modify the app and its features at any time. Some features may depend on device compatibility, iCloud availability, or Apple's services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
