Terms of Use – Outfits

1. Overview

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Outfits, an app by Paran designed to help you organize your outfits using images and simple tools. By downloading, installing, or using Outfits, you agree to these Terms.

2. Free Access and Outfits Plus

Outfits is free to download. In version 1.3.8 and later, you can use the app for the first 24 hours after first use without a purchase. This initial free access does not start a subscription or charge you automatically. After it ends, continued access requires Outfits Plus: a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Existing valid Plus purchases continue to unlock access and can be restored with the Apple Account used to purchase them.

The monthly subscription has no free trial. Eligible annual subscribers can receive a 3-day free trial when they confirm the annual subscription with Apple. This subscription trial is separate from the initial 24-hour free access. Apple determines eligibility; each person can redeem one introductory offer per subscription group. Current prices, renewal prices, currency, taxes, availability, and any eligible offer are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you subscribe or buy.

Earlier app versions may provide limited free access with rewarded ads. The access rules displayed in your installed version apply; updating to version 1.3.8 or later uses the 24-hour access policy described above. An expired free period does not delete your saved outfits.

3. Rewarded Ads

In version 1.3.8 and later, there are no rewarded ad breaks during the initial 24-hour access period or while valid Plus access is active. Watching ads does not extend the initial free period. Earlier versions may offer additional item additions through rewarded ads provided by services such as Google AdMob. Valid Outfits Plus access removes these rewarded ad breaks.

4. Payment and Renewal

Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If you start an eligible annual free trial, the annual subscription price shown by Apple is charged after the 3-day trial unless you cancel in time. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription or trial period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. One-time lifetime purchases are charged once and do not renew. The Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA may also apply. See Apple's subscription cancellation instructions.

5. Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies. If you believe you were charged by mistake or would like to request a refund, please use https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.

6. Data & Privacy

Outfits uses Apple's iCloud services to store and sync your data. Your data is associated with your Apple account and can be accessed through your Apple account and iCloud settings. Outfits may also use third-party services for ads and purchase-related functionality. For more details, review our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We may update, improve, or modify the app and its features at any time. Some features may depend on device compatibility, iCloud availability, or Apple's services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
