Peek Refund Policy

Effective date: June 21, 2026



1. Direct Purchases

This policy applies to the direct distribution build of Peek sold through Gumroad from paran.app/peek. Gumroad processes checkout and receipts for direct purchases.


2. Refund Window

If Peek Pro does not work on your Mac after reasonable troubleshooting, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your Gumroad receipt email, license key, macOS version, and a short description of the issue. We will try to help first, then refund eligible direct purchases when the issue cannot be resolved.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be declined when the request appears to involve license sharing, abuse, chargeback misuse, repeated refunded purchases, or use that violates the Peek Terms of Use. Refund timing may depend on Gumroad and the payment provider.


4. Apple Purchases

Apple is not the seller or payment processor for direct Gumroad purchases. If a separate Mac App Store version is offered in the future, refunds for that App Store version must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
