Terms of Use – Refresh

1. Overview

These Terms of Use apply to Refresh, a Safari extension/app by Paran that automates page refreshing with simple controls. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Pricing & Subscription

Refresh offers an optional Pro upgrade available in two ways: (1) an auto-renewable subscription at USD $0.99 per month, or (2) a one-time purchase at USD $4.99. Pro unlocks Multi Refresh and Glass Design features. Availability may vary by device/OS, and features may change over time.

3. Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase or subscription confirmation. For subscriptions: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. For one-time purchases: you are charged once and there is no renewal.

4. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.

5. Data & Privacy

We do not collect any personal information. The app works entirely on your device and does not transmit or store personal data on our servers. No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are included. For general policy info, see our Privacy Policy.

6. No User-Generated Content

Refresh does not upload your content. It only automates refresh actions on your device/browser. You are responsible for complying with the policies of any third-party sites you use.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
