Revenue Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Revenue is a macOS app by Paran that helps you load App Store Connect sales reports and analyze revenue, downloads, refunds, country performance, and product performance on your device. We do not collect directly identifying personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment information through Revenue.

2. Information You Enter or Store

You may enter App Store Connect API credentials, including Issuer ID, Key ID, Vendor Number, and Private Key. If you use the optional AI analysis feature, you may enter an API key, model name, and Base URL for OpenAI or an OpenAI-compatible provider. These credentials and keys are stored in the Keychain on your device and are not sent to our servers.

3. App Store Connect and Exchange Rate Data

Revenue uses the App Store Connect API credentials you provide to request daily sales reports from Apple App Store Connect. Revenue may also call a public exchange rate API for currency conversion. Sales reports and calculated results are used to display dashboards, keep local cache, create exports, and build AI analysis requests when you choose to run AI analysis.

4. AI Analysis

AI analysis runs only when you provide an API key and start the analysis. When you do, app names, SKUs, product IDs, country codes, period revenue, downloads, refunds, subscription and in-app purchase metrics, and your prompt may be sent to the AI provider you selected. We do not collect or store the AI request content on our servers.

If the AI provider is OpenAI or an OpenAI-compatible service, that provider's terms and privacy policy govern how the submitted data is processed, retained, logged, or used. Do not include personal information, sensitive information, customer identifiers, confidential contracts, or any other data that should not be sent to an external provider.

5. Local Storage and Deletion

App Store Connect credentials and AI API keys are stored in the Keychain on your device. App settings, cache, AI analysis results, display currency, and custom prompts may be stored locally on your device. You can delete stored data using in-app controls, macOS Keychain Access, app data deletion, or app removal.

6. Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect your credentials, API keys, sales reports, or AI analysis content on our servers. When you use specific features, required requests may be sent to Apple App Store Connect, a public exchange rate API, or the AI provider you selected.

7. Platform Information

App distribution, purchases, download statistics, and crash reports may be handled by Apple according to App Store and operating system policies. Any statistics available to us are generally aggregated or de-identified and are not used to identify you.

8. Contact and Your Rights

You may contact us about privacy questions or deletion requests. Information that we do not hold on our servers may need to be managed on your device or through the relevant external provider. Contact: [email protected]

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, external APIs, platform policies, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page.
