Shift Gap is a local-first iOS app for quickly checking gaps and overlaps in a small weekly shift plan. It is not a payroll, clock-in, employee-account, or workforce-management system.
What Shift Gap Does
- Add worker names, weekdays, and shift times.
- Set a check window, such as 09:00-18:00.
- Find uncovered time ranges inside the check window.
- Spot accidental same-worker overlaps.
- Share a plain-text issue summary.
Local Data
Shift Gap does not require an account, does not use a server, and does not sync schedule data. Names and shifts entered in the app are stored on your device.
Basic Troubleshooting
If the result looks wrong:
Check the start and end time of each shift.
If a gap appears unexpectedly:
Confirm the check window at the top of the app.
If a worker appears twice:
Tap the shift row to edit or delete the entry.
If you want to start over:
Clear the weekly schedule or delete individual shift entries.
