Terms of use
A fresh start
These terms cover the rebuilt service for this app, operated by Paran. Previous-service accounts, conversations and purchase records are not migrated or erased by creating this new account. Device-only features and online features have different storage and account requirements.
Adults and account access
You must be 18 or older and choose an accurate adult age group. Use an account you control. Apple sign-in confirms account access; it does not certify age, legal identity, reliability or another person’s intentions. Keep credentials private and do not impersonate others.
Community rules
Respect others. Do not post threats, harassment, hate, sexually explicit material, child exploitation, scams, unlawful content, spam or someone else’s private information without permission. Do not use the service to arrange illegal or dangerous activities. Choose the people and spaces you participate with; the service does not offer random anonymous matching.
Your content
You keep your rights to your content. Send only material you have the right to share. You permit the service to store, process and display it to the people and groups needed for the features you choose, and to review reports or comply with applicable obligations. This permission does not grant a right to sell your content for advertising. Conversations are not end-to-end encrypted.
Participation is your choice
Choose whether to post, answer or vote. You can withdraw a vote, leave supported spaces or block people through the available controls. Aggregate poll results describe the recorded choices; they do not guarantee what another person will do or what will happen. Garam does not offer discovery profiles or direct invitations.
Reports and meeting safely
Use the report and block actions if something is wrong. Reports are stored for review, and we may restrict or remove content or access when needed for safety. This is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services in an immediate danger. Meet in public, protect private details and leave situations that feel unsafe. We do not screen or guarantee the background of other users.
Availability and charges
Online features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, network failures or finite service-capacity limits. Device records remain separate. These terms do not create a new subscription, price or paid feature, or change a previous purchase. Any future paid offer must show its price, conditions and available features before purchase and use the applicable Apple payment rules. No result, relationship or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
Privacy and leaving
Read the app’s privacy policy for data use, visibility and records that remain after deletion. You may sign out or request deletion in You. Deletion can require a successful Apple authorization revocation and a retry after an outage; signing out alone does not erase the service account or device records. Neither this service nor account deletion changes a previous-service account. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
Contact and changes
Contact [email protected] with the app name for support or concerns. Material terms changes will be identified by a new version and any required notice or consent. Existing consent records are retained. Online features require a network connection and available service.
