Terms of Use – My Schedule

1. Overview

These Terms of Use apply to My Schedule, a calendar app by Paran that integrates with Apple Calendar to help you plan and view events with a clean, powerful interface (including optional lunar calendar view). By installing or using My Schedule, you agree to these Terms.

2. Pricing & Subscription

My Schedule includes free core features for viewing and managing your calendar. Free users can make up to five ad-free new-event additions. The free allowance also takes already-loaded events into account: if five or more existing events are present, the next new-event addition can require a completed rewarded ad or Plus. After the free allowance is used, each new event requires a completed rewarded ad or Plus. Editing an existing event does not require an ad. Free users can display calendar data in widgets for 24 hours from the first real widget use; after that period, the widget remains installed but hides calendar data until Plus is active. This never deletes or changes events stored in Apple Calendar. An optional Plus upgrade is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription, an annual auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Plus unlocks unlimited calendars, lunar calendar features, continued widget access, and ad removal. Prices are shown in your local currency on the App Store purchase sheet and may vary by country or region. Features may vary by device/OS and may change over time.

3. Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase or subscription confirmation. The monthly plan has no free trial. Eligible new subscribers to the annual plan may receive a three-day free trial when that offer is displayed on the App Store purchase sheet. When the trial ends, the annual subscription is charged at the displayed annual price unless canceled. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. For one-time purchases: you are charged once and there is no renewal. The Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application EULA also apply.

4. Refunds

Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and refund policies. You may request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.

5. Data & Privacy

We do not store your calendar event content on our servers. My Schedule accesses your calendars through Apple’s Calendar frameworks on your device, and any calendar syncing is handled by Apple or the calendar provider you use. My Schedule may show rewarded ads for free users and may request App Tracking Transparency permission before loading ads. Advertising and measurement data may be handled by Google AdMob and its partners according to their policies. For details, see the My Schedule Privacy Policy.

6. User Content & Acceptable Use

Your calendar entries and related data remain within Apple Calendar/iCloud and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for the content you create or sync and for complying with any applicable policies or terms of connected services. Do not use My Schedule to create or distribute spam, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or illegal content. Compatibility with all third-party calendar services is not guaranteed.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of My Schedule indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
