Terms of Use – My Schedule
1. Overview
These Terms of Use apply to My Schedule, a calendar app by Paran that integrates with Apple Calendar to help you plan and view events with a clean, powerful interface (including optional lunar calendar view). By installing or using My Schedule, you agree to these Terms.
2. Pricing & Subscription
My Schedule is a paid app available on the App Store. An optional Plus upgrade is available in two ways: (1) an auto-renewable subscription at USD $0.99 per month, or (2) a one-time purchase at USD $4.99. Plus unlocks unlimited calendars and lunar calendar features. Features may vary by device/OS and may change over time.
3. Payment and Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase or subscription confirmation. For subscriptions: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. For one-time purchases: you are charged once and there is no renewal. The Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application EULA may also apply.
4. Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, you may request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
5. Data & Privacy
We do not collect any personal information or store your calendar data on our servers. My Schedule accesses your calendars via Apple’s Calendar frameworks on your device. Any syncing of events is handled by Apple services (e.g., iCloud). We do not include analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. For general policy information, see our Privacy Policy.
6. User Content & Acceptable Use
Your calendar entries and related data remain within Apple Calendar/iCloud and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for the content you create or sync and for complying with any applicable policies or terms of connected services. Do not use My Schedule to create or distribute spam, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or illegal content. Compatibility with all third-party calendar services is not guaranteed.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of My Schedule indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
