On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions. On Mac, open Safari → Settings → Extensions.

Open a webpage in Safari, then choose Refresh from its extensions.

Choose an interval, then start. Keep the page’s countdown and stop controls in view.

Before you begin

Safari, website restrictions, or device memory can pause refreshing. Heavy pages may work better with a longer or random interval.
