CityLoop Privacy Policy

CityLoop is a virtual city social app. It does not collect real GPS location, contacts, photos, video, audio, phone number, or email address in the current MVP.
Data We Collect
- Anonymous participant ID created by the app.
- Generated display name and avatar symbol used for live virtual presence.
- Virtual city, block, and cell coordinates used to show users inside the same virtual city.
- Report and block records when a user reports or blocks a place conversation.
Data We Do Not Collect
- No real GPS or CoreLocation data.
- No nearby physical people feature.
- No contact list, camera, microphone, image upload, video upload, or voice chat.
- No advertising tracking or IDFA use.
How We Use Data
We use the collected data only for app functionality: showing anonymous virtual presence, keeping the city experience live, and reviewing reports or blocks for safety.
Service Providers
CityLoop uses Firebase Firestore to store anonymous virtual presence and moderation records.
Safety
Users can report or block place conversations in the app. Report records are used for moderation review. The app prohibits harassment, threats, sexual content, contact exchange, real-world location sharing, spam, and content involving minors.
