CityLoop lets you explore virtual cities and use adult social lounges. It uses virtual city coordinates, rather than your real GPS location. You can explore in map-only mode.

Information used by the app

• An app-generated participant identifier, display name and avatar symbol.
• Virtual city, sector and cell coordinates, presence update times and travel progress.
• Conversation participants and typed messages, and report or block records when you use those actions.
• An optional profile photo, stored on your device and sent as avatar image data or an image reference with your virtual presence and conversation profile.

Optional profile photos and conversations

A selected profile photo can be visible to others on the virtual map and in lounges. Conversations are shared service records in the current no-account MVP; do not treat them as a private or end-to-end encrypted channel, and do not enter contact details, real-world location or sensitive information. A photo already sent with a conversation can remain in that conversation record after you hide your map photo.

Permissions and service providers

Exploration does not require an account, phone number, contacts, real location, microphone or camera access. Photo selection is optional and uses the system photo picker. The app does not use advertising tracking or IDFA.

CityLoop uses Firebase Firestore for virtual presence, conversations, and safety records. It also contains a Firebase Storage profile-image path when that service is available. Avatar image data can be stored in Firestore when Storage is unavailable.

Safety and support

Report and block actions are available in conversations. A report is shown as sent after the service acknowledges it. Authorized operators can review reports and related conversation records, restrict a reported conversation, remove its visible avatar images, and restrict further service writes for the reviewed participant. Report records and moderation evidence are not publicly readable through the app client.

Updated versions include basic on-device text filtering. Filtering is imperfect, and profile photos are not automatically classified for every kind of harmful content. Please report concerns and contact support. We do not promise a completed moderation review merely because a report was submitted.

Storage, reset and removal requests

Travel progress and settings are stored on your device. Reset progress clears local travel and conversation history; it does not delete records already sent to the service. Service records do not currently have automatic expiration. Safety review records can include preserved evidence so a restriction can be reviewed or reversed.

For service-record access or removal requests, contact [email protected] and describe the request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or sensitive photos. A request may need additional information to identify your app-generated record safely; it is not an automatic deletion feature.
