CityLoop Terms
Explore virtual cities, visit place cards, collect stamps and use adult social lounges and typed conversations.
Age and virtual maps
Social lounges and conversations are intended for adults. The age gate is a self-declaration, rather than identity verification. Users who do not confirm that they are adults can explore in map-only mode. CityLoop is not a navigation, emergency or real-world tracking service.
Virtual place cards are inspired by public city areas. CityLoop is not affiliated with any city, landmark, transit agency, airport, map provider or brand referenced by name.
Community rules
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, bully or spam others.
- Do not post or request sexual or illegal content, content involving minors, or exploitation.
- Do not share phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, real-world addresses or real-time physical location. Do not arrange unsafe offline meetings.
- Only choose profile images that you have the right to use and are suitable for others to see. Do not upload explicit or abusive images.
Reports, blocks and moderation
Report a conversation or block a profile from the conversation screen. Blocking applies on your device. Reports are acknowledged after service receipt and remain subject to review; acknowledgement does not mean a moderation decision has been made.
Updated versions use basic text filters for clearly prohibited text and contact sharing. Filters can miss content or reject harmless text. If this happens, rewrite the message or contact support. Operator review can restrict a reported conversation, hide its avatar images and restrict further service writes for a reviewed participant. A reviewed restriction can be reversed.
Photos are not comprehensively classified automatically. Report concerns about an image or conversation to support. Service records can be preserved as restricted moderation evidence.
Support and privacy
Contact [email protected] for safety concerns, review of a restriction or support. Explain the issue without sending sensitive information. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling, shared conversations and the limits of local reset.
